Unmasked
Unmasked is a supportive community specifically designed for children aged 5 to 16 who are on the autism spectrum/ other additional needs. This group provides a nurturing and safe environment where children can explore their identities, make meaningful friendships, and engage in a variety of exciting new activities. Through peer connections and shared experiences, participants gain confidence and a deeper understanding of themselves.
We are based over at Waist Not Want Not community corner in Greenhills ( Opposite the doctors surgery) on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Inspired
Inspired is a unique mentorship program tailored for young individuals aged 7 to 16 who may feel they lack positive role models in their lives. This initiative pairs them with dedicated volunteers who provide guidance and support, helping them develop essential life skills. Through engaging activities, participants not only learn valuable lessons but also foster positive mental health and resilience in their everyday lives.
This group is hosted at EK bootcamp and personal training over at College Milton (behind flip out/wonder world)
- Sunday evenings, 6-7pm
